Democratic Alliance of Vietnam (Vietnamese: Liên Minh Dân Chủ Việt Nam) is a political organization of Vietnamese diaspora. Its flag is derived from the pre-1975 flag of South Vietnam by adding to its canton five blue five-pointed stars arranged in a pentagon. It was photographed at a meeting in Houston, Texas, USA, on 25 July 2010: http://xaydunghouston.com/SinhHoatCongDong/686letuongniemcogiaosu.htm
As the photos show, it may have the name of organization, along with some other inscriptions, in blue above and below the red stripes, but the basic design, without any inscriptions, is also in use. Its logo, which can be seen here: http://phunucovang.com/2012/03/29/lmdc combines the elements of the flag with the name of the organization, all in a circular device.
